A mixed day of business and fun was undertaken recently when everyone from Percy Hughes & Roberts spent a planning day at the University of Liverpool botanic gardens at Ness.
All the legal and support staff took part in business planning activities throughout the day together with a team building event in the garden. This involved two teams – one digging up potatoes and the other cleaning and grading them, ready for a graduation dinner that evening.
The potatoes were planted as part of a schools project and were harvested by the Percy Hughes & Roberts staff.
The rest of the day saw everyone take part in various team tasks and also saw the staff make presentations in an Apprentice-style challenge. The day was a great success, helped by the fabulous weather and the superb surroundings.
