Part time workers have fewer rights than full time workers.  True or False?

There are powerful myths about various parts of the law where people have very strong beliefs about what the law is which prove to be wholly inaccurate. In case you need to know, part time workers have exactly the same rights as full time workers and employment law does apply to staff even if they are self employed.  There are many people who are called self employed who in reality are not.
