Chartered Legal Executive Civil Litigator
Lynne Swanson
Lynne has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive since September 1997, having joined Percy Hughes & Roberts in 1987.
More recently she successfully completed the newly introduced Practice Rights Course and obtained the higher qualification of a Chartered Legal Executive Civil Litigator.
Lynne specialises in residential landlord claims. Her role involves a variety of elements including drafting assured shorthold tenancy agreements, serving valid eviction notices, issuing possession proceedings, recovery of rent and defending disrepair claims.
Lynne is also an experienced advocate and frequently attends the County Court on behalf of landlords.
