Percy Hughes & Roberts staff had a brilliant morning for the 2022 Macmillan Coffee Morning, the biggest coffee morning in the world.
Staff at the Percy Hughes & Roberts HQ were spoiled with coffee, cake, muffins, and sandwiches to dig into. Local catering company Alley Cats also very kindly provided their amazing selection of sandwiches.
After all of the festivities and lovely treats, our staff raised £150 in total. These funds go directly to Macmillan to assist the amazing work their team carry out every day. Every single penny people raise at the Coffee Morning is helping them do whatever it takes to help people living with cancer.
What Is The Coffee Morning?
Macmillan's Coffee Morning is their biggest fundraising event to support people living with cancer. People all over the UK host their own Coffee Morning and donations raised on the day are made to Macmillan.
This year, £10,410,039 was raised, which can fund 166 Macmillan nurses for a year. Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the largest British charities and provides specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer.
