Percy Hughes & Roberts Recruit New Head of Employment

Sarah Simcott has joined PHR to bolster the firm’s employment law offering.

Percy Hughes & Roberts have recruited a new Head of Employment Law, Sarah Simcott. Sarah started at the firm in June 2020 and is looking forward to working from our Hamilton Square office.

Sarah is a Chartered Fellow of CILEx and has been practicing employment law since 2008. She can advise both employers and employees on an array of employment-related legal matters.

Sarah’s expertise includes advising on issues surrounding maternity and pregnancy discrimination, redundancies, holidays, employment contracts, and settlement agreements. She can assist employers with practical and commercial legal advice, which will be particularly pertinent in the coming months as businesses begin to think about moving forward after lockdown.

Sarah said of the appointment:

I am delighted to have become a part of the team at Percy Hughes & Roberts. I am looking forward to helping clients with challenges they might face in the employment realm.

Percy Hughes & Roberts are thrilled to have Sarah join the team and look forward to working with her.
