Wendy Randall, head of our wills, trusts and probate solicitors department has extensive experience of dealing with the Court of Protection. Wendy is regularly appointed by clients and the Court of Protection to act as Deputy to manage the affairs of someone who is not able to look after their own affairs and has not made a Lasting Power of Attorney. In addition we are able to assist clients who wish to be appointed as Deputy and help them through the process.
